This role is for a highly distinctive brand writer who will define and evolve the voice of a fast-growing, mission-driven fintech organization. You will shape how the brand speaks across campaigns, product touchpoints, and performance channels, ensuring every word reflects clarity, warmth, and emotional intelligence. Working within a cross-functional Creative and Marketing team, you will partner closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to develop ideas that scale across channels while staying consistent and impactful. From big campaign concepts to long-form storytelling and direct response copy, your writing will influence both brand perception and business performance. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. You will also help build scalable writing systems, including AI-assisted workflows, to maintain quality and consistency as the brand grows globally.
Accountabilities
- Own and evolve the brand voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance across all written touchpoints while setting a high standard for craft and tone.
- Develop and execute campaign concepts from ideation to full execution, translating central ideas into headlines, scripts, and multi-channel storytelling systems.
- Write long-form brand narratives, scripts, and storytelling assets that build trust, strengthen emotional connection, and reinforce brand identity.
- Create high-performing direct response and growth copy for digital channels, balancing conversion goals with authentic, human-centered communication.
- Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive creative execution and alignment between visuals and language.
- Build and refine scalable copy systems, including style guides, frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows that support consistent brand expression at scale.
- Contribute to creative direction and critique processes, helping raise the bar for writing quality across the broader creative organization.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand voice development and multi-channel copy execution
- Experience in campaign concepting, brand storytelling, and performance-driven writing
- Ability to write both long-form narratives and short-form, conversion-focused copy
- Experience contributing to or managing brand voice guidelines or creative systems
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate strategy into creative execution
- Experience collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and product teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative rationale
- Agency or in-house experience in fast-paced, iterative creative environments

Requirements
You bring deep experience as a brand-focused copywriter with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong, distinctive voice and the ability to adapt across formats. You are equally comfortable developing campaign platforms, writing long-form narratives, and crafting concise performance-driven copy. You have a strong conceptual mindset and can translate strategic direction into compelling creative ideas. Experience in brand identity or rebrand work is important, along with a proven ability to maintain consistency across complex systems. You understand performance marketing principles and how to write copy that drives action without losing tone or authenticity. You are a systems thinker who can document creative principles and help scale writing quality across teams, including through AI-enabled workflows. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is experience working within fast-paced in-house or agency environments.
