Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across frontend and backend systems using modern engineering practices.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges and contribute to architectural decisions that improve product performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software aligned with user needs.
• Build reusable, efficient, and secure code while proactively reducing technical debt and improving system reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to maintaining strong coding standards and development best practices across the team.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered technologies and development tools to enhance engineering efficiency and product innovation.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development trends to continuously improve solutions and workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a similar software engineering role.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET development within production environments.
• Solid experience working with frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Backbone.js.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including query optimization and performance tuning for large datasets.
• Daily practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Experience optimizing frontend and backend application performance is considered a strong advantage.
• Exposure to AI feature development or mobile technologies such as React Native or Flutter is a plus.
