Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a defined territory by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and delivering value-based industrial solutions.

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
    • Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized and large accounts to increase revenue and account penetration.
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
    • Deliver product and solution presentations tailored to customer needs and technical requirements.
    • Manage the full sales cycle including negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closure.
    • Collaborate with internal technical, R&D, and operational teams to support customer solutions.
    • Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
    • Travel regularly to customer sites to develop relationships and support business growth initiatives.
    • Ensure customer needs are communicated effectively across internal teams to support service excellence.
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall territory growth.

    Requirements

    This role requires a proactive, results-driven sales professional with strong relationship-building and technical selling capabilities.

      • 2+ years of sales experience in industrial, technical, or chemical-related industries.
      • Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business opportunities.
      • Strong ability to manage long-term customer relationships and grow account value.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to understand technical product lines and communicate value effectively to customers.
      • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
      • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and achievement orientation.
      • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
