This role sits at the center of marketing performance, systems, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring demand generation efforts are measurable, scalable, and fully integrated across platforms. You will lead the marketing automation and analytics ecosystem, connecting CRM, automation, and digital tracking into a unified revenue engine. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution across Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and web analytics. You will partner closely with demand generation, content, digital marketing, sales operations, and business development teams to optimize performance and improve funnel efficiency. Acting as both architect and analyst, you will transform complex marketing data into actionable insights that guide business growth. This is a high-impact, remote-first role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment focused on continuous optimization.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for building and optimizing the marketing operations, automation, and analytics infrastructure that powers demand generation performance and revenue visibility:

    • Own and optimize Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement systems, including campaign structure, lead lifecycle, data integrity, and routing workflows.
    • Design and enhance marketing automation programs such as lead scoring models, nurture campaigns, MQL automation, and lifecycle progression frameworks.
    • Develop scalable processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment across digital marketing operations.
    • Build and maintain end-to-end attribution and reporting across campaigns, website activity, email, paid media, social influence, and pipeline contribution.
    • Deliver actionable insights that go beyond reporting, translating performance data into strategic recommendations for marketing and sales leadership.
    • Own GA4 tracking infrastructure, including event tracking, conversion measurement, user journey analysis, and funnel visibility.
    • Integrate CRM, marketing automation, website, and digital channels into a cohesive measurement ecosystem.
    • Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, content, social, digital marketing, and sales operations teams to improve funnel performance and reporting accuracy.
    • Manage and mentor team members involved in campaign execution and website optimization where applicable.

    Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in marketing operations, analytics, and revenue-driven marketing systems, along with strong communication and leadership capabilities:

      • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, marketing automation, or digital analytics roles.
      • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement or similar marketing automation platforms.
      • Proven experience building or improving lead lifecycle models, automation workflows, and campaign operations.
      • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation metrics, funnel performance, and attribution modeling.
      • Experience with GA4, tracking architecture, conversion analysis, and digital performance measurement.
      • Ability to design executive-level dashboards and translate complex data into clear business insights.
      • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to data accuracy and integrity.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience in B2B industries such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services is a plus.

      Benefits

        • Remote-first work environment
        • Competitive annual salary range of $105,000–$120,000 plus short-term incentive eligibility
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance (with employer-covered premiums for many plans)
        • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
        • Paid time off including holidays, floating holidays, and community service day
        • Paid parental leave for birth or adoption
        • Home office support including equipment and internet reimbursement
