Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering tailored benefit solutions through virtual consultations.
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients to assess needs and present appropriate coverage options
- Build long-term relationships with members of unions, associations, and partner groups
- Clearly explain life, accident, and supplemental health products in an accessible way
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Manage your schedule effectively to meet activity and performance expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from presentation to enrollment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom)
- Strong work ethic with consistent self-motivation

- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is an asset
