This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end commercial card client implementation and operational excellence across complex, high-value engagements. You will oversee onboarding strategy, pipeline acceleration, and cross-functional execution to ensure fast, seamless, and scalable client delivery. The role sits at the intersection of sales, product, risk, and solution delivery, requiring strong coordination across technical, operational, and commercial teams. You will also play a key role in enabling fintech and product launches, ensuring operational readiness and adoption at scale. Success in this role means reducing onboarding friction while improving speed-to-revenue and client satisfaction. This is a highly visible position where leadership directly shapes client experience and business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead complex, high-value commercial card client implementations from kickoff through full onboarding, ensuring a seamless and consistent client experience.
    • Oversee technical and platform integrations, including client-facing portals, payables automation tools, and accounting system connections, ensuring accurate and efficient deployment.
    • Drive collaboration with Sales teams to accelerate deal execution, resolve stalled opportunities, and improve pipeline conversion and time-to-revenue.
    • Partner with Product teams to operationalize new offerings and support fintech initiatives, including readiness, training, and implementation planning.
    • Own operational risk management across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring strong governance, audit readiness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
    • Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Pricing, Solution Delivery, and Risk to improve execution efficiency and scalability.
    • Represent implementation operations in executive forums and business reviews, providing insights on performance, risks, and key delivery metrics.
    • Build and develop team capacity, including hiring, onboarding, and improving operational workflows and delivery models.

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, commercial banking, or implementation-focused roles.
      • 9+ years of supervisory or operations leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional teams or client delivery functions.
      • Strong expertise in commercial card programs, treasury services, payments infrastructure, or fintech-enabled financial solutions.
      • Proven track record of managing complex client onboarding, technical implementations, and large-scale operational programs.
      • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and audit processes within regulated financial environments.
      • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
      • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple high-priority client and internal initiatives.
