This role sits at the intersection of automotive retail and SaaS innovation, focused on transforming how dealership service departments engage with their customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through deal closure, driving adoption of a modern platform used across dealership service lanes. Operating as a true hunter, you will build relationships with automotive dealers, OEM field teams, and key decision-makers across your territory. The environment is fast-paced, performance-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on ownership and measurable results. You will spend significant time in the field engaging directly with clients, supported by structured training and experienced industry leaders. This is a high-impact sales role where success directly contributes to business growth and market expansion.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding relationships within the automotive dealership ecosystem, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across assigned dealership territories
• Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, product presentations, negotiations, and contract closure
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and revenue targets
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, text, virtual meetings, and on-site visits
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, including virtual demos via Zoom
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership leaders and OEM field teams
• Collaborate with internal leadership to refine sales strategies and close key deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Support post-sale engagement to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
Requirements
This role requires a high-performing, resilient sales professional with strong outbound selling experience and a proven ability to close complex B2B deals, ideally within automotive or software environments.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, automotive tech, or related industries
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and performance KPIs
• Strong background in outbound, hunter-style sales environments (inside sales or field sales)
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and CRM management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and territory coverage
• Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred
