Position Summary • The Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will focus on demand generation activities to drive quality leads that generate revenue. • Requires a strong background in marketing, some B2B experience, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for impactful campaigns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for company solutions and services. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to produce materials supporting the prospect-to-client lifecycle. • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels including events, social media, and digital advertising. • Monitor and report on marketing initiative effectiveness; use data to optimize strategies. • Stay current with B2B marketing trends and best practices related to target markets. Marginal Functions • Build and maintain relationships with team members and peers to coordinate communications and services affecting clients. • Attend webinars and trainings for ongoing professional development. • Complete assigned projects and other duties as directed by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with project management, marketing automation tools, CRM, and marketing technologies.
