Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django, building scalable backend systems
  • Proven experience in designing and building REST APIs, including third-party integrations
  • Good understanding of prompt writing and LLM workflows (prompt engineering is mandatory)
  • Role composition:
    • ~80% Backend Engineering (core development, APIs, integrations)
    • ~20% AI/LLM work (prompt design, agent workflows)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with AI agents and LLM-driven applications
Customer-facing Role

  • Prior customer-facing experience is a plus
  • If not, the candidate must be comfortable engaging with customers
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor are essential
