Our client is a globally leading, publicly listed company developing innovative solutions for sleep-related breathing disorders. With over 1,000,000 patients treated across 28 countries, their clinically proven oral appliance therapy offers an effective alternative to traditional approaches such as CPAP.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue and EBITDA targets for the DACH region
- Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned to European objectives
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team across Sales, Customer Service, and Lab Management
- Drive sales through engagement with sleep clinicians, ENTs, dentists, and key opinion leaders
- Support market access, reimbursement navigation, and payer relationships across DACH markets
- Collaborate with European Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience within a matrix structure
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations across DACH and European frameworks
- Represent the company at major sleep medicine congresses and industry events
- 6+ years’ experience in a senior commercial leadership role, ideally in medical devices (sleep apnoea, respiratory, or related)
- Strong understanding of DACH healthcare policy, reimbursement, and regulatory environments
- Proven track record of building teams, meeting sales targets, and growing market share
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution — metrics-driven, patient-centric, and results-focused
- Initiative, hands-on mentality, and team spirit in an international matrix organisation
- Fluent in German and English (C1 CEFR minimum)
- Senior leadership role with full P&L ownership in a strategically important European region
