About The Role
Tort Experts is building an AI-first operating model. We are looking for a Jr. AI Automation Engineer who can design, build, and maintain agentic workflows that automate real business processes across Marketing, Lead Operations, Client Services, Finance, and QA.
This role is highly hands-on. You will turn manual workflows into AI-powered systems using tools like n8n, ChatGPT, Gemini, Python, and Google Cloud, with a direct impact on speed, accuracy, and gross profit.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflows using n8n or similar and custom Python logic
- Design agentic systems that:
- Ingest data
- Make decisions
- Take actions across tools (CRM, Leadspedia, GCP, Slack, etc.)
- Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini) for:
- Data validation
- QA automation
- Content analysis
- Decision logic
- Automate QA processes for:
- Web forms
- Lead routing
- Client criteria enforcement
- Integrate workflows with:
- Google Cloud
- BigQuery
- Cloud Functions
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- APIs and webhooks
- Internal tools and third-party platforms
- Partner with Ops, Marketing, and Tech leaders to:
- Identify high-ROI automation opportunities
- Eliminate repetitive human work
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience building automation or workflow systems
- Strong experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar)
- Solid Python skills for scripting, APIs, JSON and data handling
- Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud preferred)
- Ability to translate business processes into technical workflows
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with agentic frameworks or multi-step AI workflows
- Familiarity with:
- CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Lead distribution platforms (Leadspedia)
- QA or data validation pipelines
- Prior experience in:
- Lead generation
- Marketing operations
- Call center or intake workflows
- Must follow TCPA, HIPAA, and tort-specific data handling rules
- Responsible for protecting claimant PII and sensitive data
- All automation must meet internal compliance and security standards
