- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow development
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools like REST and SOAP web services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ServiceNow Developer Certification or related certifications
- Experience with ITIL processes and practices
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
