We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who knows how to open doors, build trusted partnerships and close strategic deals. If you thrive in conversations with senior decision-makers and want to shape the growth of an international organization — this role is for you.

YOU WILL

  • Actively acquire new B2B clients and develop sales of recruitment and outsourcing services.
  • Leverage your existing professional network and business relationships to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and executive-level meetings, through proposals and negotiations, to contract closing.
  • Build long-term, partnership-based relationships with decision-makers at C-level, HR and Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Poland and international markets.

YOU NEED

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within large organizations in recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven sales track record and an established portfolio of business relationships.
  • Experience in selling advanced HR solutions (recruitment, RPO, outsourcing, dedicated/project teams).
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders (C-level, HR Directors, Operations leaders).
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset, ownership of outcomes, and high level of independence.
  • Experience in international markets and German language skills are a strong asset, but not a requirement.
  • Very good command of English.
