Groundskeeper

This seasonal position is considered casual call and will work 0-80 hours per two week pay period.

The schedule is primarily daytime, but will need to adjust in response to grounds and weather conditions.

Groundskeeper

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our Environmental Services team at Eagle Crest North. The Environmental Services department supports all of our locations in La Crosse, Onalaska, and Holmen.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside the Lead Groundskeeper doing tasks and/or working solo as assigned
• Assist with mowing and trimming of lawn areas, leaf pickup in the fall, and spring cleanup
• Upkeep of shrubs, trees, and planting beds for our Independent and Assisted Living facilities

What You’ll Need

• Drivers require a valid driver license and must have and maintain a safe driving record
• Must be 18 or older to drive and run equipment (Age 16 and older may assist other grounds crew)

Our Wages

• Our starting rate is between $18.50 and $21.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
