Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agent architectures including planning, memory, tool use, and recovery mechanisms
- Develop fault-tolerant, end-to-end features integrated into production systems
- Process and manage large-scale datasets (100GB+), optimizing workloads across processes and threads
- Debug and resolve production issues involving agent behavior, performance, and edge cases
- Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to translate audit workflows into automated systems
- Rapidly prototype and deploy improvements to existing AI agents
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented codebases
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 0-5 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related roles
- Hands-on experience building or working with AI agent systems or autonomous workflows
- Experience with full-stack development in production environments
- Exposure to large-scale data processing and multithreaded or distributed systems
- Strong programming skills and software engineering fundamentals
- Experience with AI agent concepts such as planning, memory, and tool orchestration
- Ability to debug complex system behavior and performance bottlenecks
- Comfort working in fast-moving, startup-style engineering environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new domains quickly
