Key Responsibilities
- Support data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes from multiple sources
- Perform data exploration and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and business insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor performance and support decision making
- Develop pricing and underwriting models
- Conduct research and development to find novel technical solutions
- Experience (minimum 2-4 years) in Insurance/Consulting companies or in roles focused on data analysis
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics, or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Spark, SQL, and Python
- Experience in developing statistical and machine learning models
- Experience in WTW suites (Radar, Emblem)
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
