This role is responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing store segmentation strategies, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials). Enhance brand visibility at retail touchpoints, expand market coverage, and drive sales growth through integrated online and offline marketing strategies.



Job Description

  • Value Proposition Development: Deeply analyze market needs and customer pain points, define differentiated product value propositions to guide product positioning.
  • Product Definition & Planning: Translate market insights into detailed product specifications, ensuring alignment with user demands.
  • Market Strategy Formulation: Develop pricing strategies, promotion channels, and annual marketing targets, shaping long-term brand growth plans.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute online/offline promotions, trade shows, and advertising to enhance brand exposure and customer recognition.
  • Sales Tools & Training: Equip sales teams with product highlights, communication scripts, competitive comparisons, and targeted training.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for integrated marketing execution.
  • Market Feedback & Analysis: Monitor customer satisfaction, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Review & Optimization: Regularly assess marketing performance metrics, refining strategies for continuous improvement.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related fields.


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in marketing campaign planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Fluent English proficiency, excellent cross-team communication.
