Job Responsibilities
- Manage weekly and monthly performance reports to track marketplace growth
- Maintain listings, troubleshoot errors, and ensure catalog accuracy
- Handle cases related to account health, inventory, and content
- Write POAs and appeals when needed
- Manage A-Z claims, feedback, returns, and chargebacks
- Upload enhanced content, storefront updates, and brand assets
- Support promotions and marketplace campaigns
- Keep systems organized and tasks on track
- At least 2 years Amazon account management experience (required)
- Experience with listings, bulk uploads, and case management
- Familiar with inventory + shipping workflows
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Gmail
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Shopify experience
- Multi-marketplace experience
