Job Overview

Were looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketplace Account Support Specialist with strong Amazon experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll work directly with marketplace operations, performance reporting, listings, and account healthmaking a real impact on brand growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and monthly performance reports to track marketplace growth
• Maintain listings, troubleshoot errors, and ensure catalog accuracy
• Handle cases related to account health, inventory, and content
• Write POAs and appeals when needed
• Manage A-Z claims, feedback, returns, and chargebacks
• Upload enhanced content, storefront updates, and brand assets
• Support promotions and marketplace campaigns
• Keep systems organized and tasks on track

Qualifications

• At least 2 years Amazon account management experience (required)
• Experience with listings, bulk uploads, and case management
• Familiar with inventory + shipping workflows
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Gmail
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
