AI Security Engineer

We are seeking a Cybersecurity & AI‑Enabled Security Operations Lead to define, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy. This role is accountable for protecting systems, data, applications, and users across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry security frameworks.

The role will lead core cybersecurity functions including security architecture, threat detection and response, vulnerability and patch management, identity and access management, data protection, and incident response. The candidate will oversee security monitoring capabilities, assess emerging threats, guide remediation efforts, and ensure preparedness through testing, tabletop exercises, and continuous improvement of security controls. Strong expertise in zero‑trust principles, secure system design, and risk-based decision-making is essential.

Artificial Intelligence will serve as an enabling capability within security operations rather than a primary mission. The role will evaluate, deploy, and govern AI‑driven security tools to enhance threat intelligence, anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, and response automation. Emphasis will be placed on responsible use of AI, model transparency, data protection, and avoiding over‑reliance on automation without proper oversight.

This position partners closely with IT, cloud, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to embed security into technology initiatives, influence roadmap decisions, and strengthen the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture while responsibly leveraging advanced technologies.
