What You'll Do
- Build out new features and enhancements for the client's primary SaaS product, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- Identify general improvements across various areas of the application, proactively surfacing opportunities to enhance user experience, performance, and functionality
- Write clear, comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that align engineering, design, and business teams around a shared vision
- Create and maintain well-scoped Jira tickets, ensuring acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities are clearly defined for the development team
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive designs in Figma to communicate product concepts and user flows
- Work directly with developers throughout their sprints — answering questions, walking through requirements, attending demos, and reviewing test cases to ensure delivery matches intent
- Analyze product usage data and reporting in Power BI to inform prioritization decisions and measure the impact of shipped features
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders) to keep work moving smoothly from concept through release
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar product-focused role, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience writing high-quality PRDs and breaking down complex initiatives into well-structured user stories and tickets
- Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and ticket lifecycle tracking
- Working proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes
- Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) to analyze product metrics, build reports, and translate data into product insights
- Comfortable working directly with engineering teams during sprint ceremonies — standups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retros
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working with distributed or fully remote teams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
- Background in QA, UX research, or front-end development
- Prior experience working in a consultancy or client-services environment
