What You Can Expect
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our international team in the Foot & Ankle MedTech industry. In this job, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our medical device products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, commercial, and marketing, to ensure our products meet market demands and achieve revenue goals. You will be responsible for managing a portion of our portfolio and working alongside the other members of the International team to ensure alignment to our strategy.
How You'll Create Impact
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the medical devices industry.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our medical devices in the market.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, including target audience identification, pricing, distribution, and promotional plans.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, presentations, and online content.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant with regulations, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote medical devices, including digital marketing, trade shows, webinars, and social media.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide training and support, including product training sessions, sales tools, and customer-facing materials.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards in the healthcare and medical devices sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experienced user of Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Education - preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent desirable
- Proven experience in product marketing within the medical devices industry.
- Background working across Orthopaedic medical devices - Foot & Ankle preferred.
- A significant level of clinical expertise and confidence working in hospital environments
- Understanding of health economics and healthcare policy interrelationships
25-50% of overnight travel may be required, both National and International.
