- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
