Business Development Manager South Germany – Holiday Parks & Campsites (EN)

- Proactively generate and follow up on new leads within our customer base;
- Carry out structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone calls;
- Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations;
- Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships;
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client retention;
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot);
- Report on sales results and market trends to the Manager Business Development Germany;
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales strategy for the German market.
What do you bring?
- At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or relevant experience within the recreation sector (holiday parks or campsites), ideally within SaaS or tech;
- A proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions;
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management;
- Knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry, in particular with campsites or holiday parks, will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of both German and English.
