Information System Analyst

abra is looking for a Dynamics Systems Analyst to join our CRM Division – Microsoft Activity.

• Analyze business requirements and create functional/technical specifications.
• Design processes, identify system improvements, and support automation.
• Collaborate with users, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.
• Lead end-to-end processes from requirements to deployment.
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and support system integrations.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation.

• 3+ years as a Systems Analyst
• Experience with CRM / ERP systems (preferably Dynamics) or other information systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Valid security clearance – an advantage
