Accountabilities:

    • Partner with executives, hiring managers, and technical leaders to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and talent profiles.
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for highly competitive and specialized talent markets, including AI, defense, and enterprise technology.
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
    • Ensure a high bar for talent through structured screening, interview coordination, and evaluation calibration with hiring teams.
    • Improve recruiting operations, workflows, and reporting systems to support scalable and efficient hiring processes.
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience characterized by transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, security, and leadership teams to align hiring with business goals.
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by communicating mission, technical challenges, and company vision to candidates.
    • Manage offer processes including compensation discussions, negotiation, and closing senior-level candidates.
    • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill to optimize outcomes.

    Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in technical, engineering, AI/ML, or infrastructure domains.
      • Proven track record of successfully hiring for complex, competitive, or niche technical roles.
      • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
      • Experience partnering closely with technical leaders, executives, and hiring managers in fast-paced environments.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Strong operational mindset with experience improving recruiting processes and scaling hiring systems.
      • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high ownership and autonomy.
      • Demonstrated success in closing senior candidates and managing complex compensation negotiations.
      • Ability to articulate technical missions and value propositions in a compelling and credible way.
      • Preferred: experience in AI, defense, national security, or government-adjacent environments.
      • Preferred: familiarity with recruiting infrastructure such as ATS tools, recruiting analytics, and interview design.
      • Preferred: technical fluency in modern engineering concepts, cloud systems, or AI technologies.

      Benefits:

        • Competitive annual salary range: $160,000 – $205,000 USD.
        • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI, infrastructure, and mission-driven technology initiatives.
        • Remote-friendly and flexible work environment.
        • High-impact role with direct access to executive leadership and strategic hiring decisions.
        • Strong autonomy and ownership in shaping recruiting strategy and processes.
        • Opportunity to build scalable recruiting systems and influence employer branding.
