Logistics company with operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, with active operations in Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Leader to coordinate and lead the Customer Service team within the logistics and transportation sector.
Position objective:
Lead the day-to-day operation of the Customer Service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, KPI compliance, and effective communication between customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the Customer Service team.
- Maintain constant communication with customers, account managers, and internal departments.
- Ensure service standards are met, including transit times, on-time pickups, and deliveries.
- Follow up on incidents and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of SOPs with the Quality team.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate team members.
- Analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Advanced English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/transportation and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of AS400 and McLeod (preferred).
- Knowledge of CTPAT.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the logistics/transportation industry.
- Salary: $30,000 MXN per month + performance-based bonus
