What You Will Do
As a Senior Business & Technology Consultant EU, you take an active role in shaping and delivering complex transformation initiatives for energy-related clients. You combine analytical depth with a hands-on mindset and are comfortable working close to operations, technology and decision-makers. You will be advising clients on topics such as digital transformation, IT/OT alignment, process and data optimisation and change management.
In addition, you will:
- Translate strategic ambitions into pragmatic, executable roadmaps and implementation plans, considering organisational, process, data and technology dimensions.
- Take ownership of project workstreams, independently shaping the approach and key deliverables, while ensuring quality, progress and alignment across business, IT and operational stakeholders.
- Facilitate working sessions and workshops that help teams make decisions and move forward.
- Coach and support consultants, contributing to a culture of craftsmanship and professional growth.
- Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership and capability building, strengthening Magnus Energy’s practice.
- Operate as a trusted sparring partner for clients, combining content expertise with delivery experience.
You bring:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Technology, Energy or a related discipline) with excellent grades.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting or complex transformation programmes.
- Experience with business- and/or technology-driven change, preferably in energy, utilities or infrastructure contexts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguity into clear direction.
- Confidence in client interaction, including facilitating discussions and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- A mature, proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
- Professional fluency in English (minimum C1). Fluency in German (C2) strongly preferred
