GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - FINANCE & CONTROLLING

(m/w/d)

Dynapac Business Process Manager (BPM) is a functional/business position focused on the main stream business processes (Finance & Controlling) of SAP4Hana and the relevant applications used within des Dynapac Product Companies (PC´s), Customer Centers (CC´s) and Distribution Centers (DDC´s). As our current BPM Finance will leave the company, we are searching for a successor.

The BPM will have a full understanding and responsibility of a specific domain and will be able to create common, harmonized solutions that are shared by all entities while eliminating irrelevant applications and other solutions currently in use, processes from end-to-end.

You are a key member within the Dynapac IT Team with global responsibility and report directly to the Head of Enterprise Applications.

Profile Wanted

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Degree in Business Informatics or comparable education or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs
  • Knowledge of the processes in a manufacturing company as well as distribution warehouse and customer Center is a plus
  • Good skills in project management
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment
  • Good understanding/knowledge of ERP
  • Hands on knowledge of SAP4Hana v2023 is an advantage
  • Fluent both spoken and written in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
