- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features, updates, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator, with expertise in administering and supporting Dynamics systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics administration tools, including system configuration, user management, and security roles
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and Microsoft Dynamics architecture
- Experience with system maintenance activities such as database management, performance tuning, and security updates
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS for reporting and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
