Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recommend IT/Web3 candidates for roles such as Blockchain Engineer, Smart Contract Developer, Backend Engineer, DevOps, QA, Product, etc. Work closely with the Talent Lead to understand hiring needs and priorities. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, communities, Web3 groups, and professional networks. Coordinate interview schedules and keep track of candidate progress. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Previous experience in IT or Web3 recruitment (freelance or in-house). Basic understanding of Web3 technologies: Solidity, Rust, smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, crypto exchanges, wallets… Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Existing candidate network is a strong advantage.
