    • Oversee product performance tracking, including revenue, cost, profitability, and key success metrics across the portfolio.

    • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product and team performance, reporting insights to senior leadership.
    • Guide build-versus-buy decisions and contribute to long-term product and platform strategy.
    • Ensure continuous improvement in product processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience outcomes.

    Requirements:

      • 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles managing and developing product teams.
      • Strong domain expertise in fraud prevention, data analytics, statistical modeling, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
      • Proven experience in B2B product environments, ideally within large-scale data or analytics-driven organizations.
      • Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
      • Experience managing full product lifecycles, including capital investment projects and outcome accountability.
      • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment.
      • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and empower high-performing teams.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
      • Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills under pressure.
      • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is a plus.
      • Experience representing organizations in external forums or industry events is an advantage.

      Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary ranging from $136,100 to $303,300 depending on location and experience.
        • Annual incentive bonus eligibility based on performance.
        • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
        • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions.
        • Paid time off and flexible vacation policies.
        • Remote work flexibility across the United States.
        • Opportunities for global exposure in a large-scale, international organization.
