Role Overview: As an Automotive Salesperson, you'll guide customers through the exciting journey of purchasing their perfect vehicle, providing knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated service every step of the way.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus but not required)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Welcome customers warmly, understanding their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
- Navigate and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to final delivery
- Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate effectively with the entire sales and service teams
- 5 day workweek including Saturdays (Sundays off!)
