Nium powers global money movement for the world’s most respected companies — from AI-first unicorns to Silicon Valley giants and global banks — through developer-first APIs. Our platform moves billions monthly, and our developer surfaces are critical to how customers build with us. We’re hiring a Staff PM to lead our end-to-end developer experience. You’ll own our documentation platform, SDKs, sandbox, integration flows, and embedded developer elements like inline code samples and “Try It Now” features. This is a high-impact role shaping how the world’s most demanding developers onboard, test, and scale on Nium.

Responsibilities

  • Design smooth, intuitive onboarding journeys — from API keys to Postman collections and test environments.
  • Drive improvements across SDKs, error surfaces, CLI tools, and integration workflows.
  • Own and scale the documentation platform — structure, tooling, content quality, and embedded developer elements.
  • Produce developer newsletters, release notes and technical content for customers and sales
  • Define & drive documentation release process across global product team
  • Champion the voice of the developer inside the org — turning feedback into roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate across engineering, support, sales engineering, and design to deliver seamless experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, ideally in API-first or platform companies.
  • Deep empathy for developers and familiarity with the tools they use (GitHub, Swagger, Postman, CI/CD).
  • Experience owning or improving developer docs, onboarding journeys, or integration SDKs.
  • Strong communicator who can navigate complexity and align stakeholders across product, eng, and go-to-market teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments (fintech or infra a plus).
