As Global Continuous Improvement Manager (m|f|d), you will lead global initiatives to reduce quality related and change costs, implement best practices, and foster structured problem solving and Lessons Learned processes throughout the organization.
Your Tasks
- Define and implement the global CI roadmap in alignment with Quality and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain global standards for CI methodologies, focusing on 8D problem-solving and Lessons Learned integration.
- Monitor and report on CI performance metrics, including cost of quality and cost of change.
- Lead and develop a team of Regional Continuous Improvement Managers, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Provide coaching and training to regional teams to strengthen capabilities in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Oversee global 8D projects and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive systematic Lessons Learned processes to prevent recurrence of issues and improve process robustness.
- Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction related to quality and engineering changes.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to embed CI principles into daily practices.
- Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in Quality and Continuous Improvement roles, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of 8D methodology, Lessons Learned processes, Lean, and Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale CI initiatives and delivering measurable cost reductions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
