Responsibilities

Manage local social media channels, community events / online sessions, series of product webinars / AMAs. Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials. Cover localization from global initiatives & lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages). Directly collaborate with regional Binance Angels and content agencies for communication efficiency. Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics. Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research, content optimization). Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements

Previous experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or Community Building. Strong interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus). Trilingual English/Kazak/Russian is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to details. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
