Developer Relations Solana Validators

Pye Labs is hiring an experienced Developer Relations Lead to own day-to-day communication with Solana validators. This role sits directly between business development and engineering and is responsible for onboarding validators into our beta. Reponsibilities Manage validator communications across Telegram and Discord Keep documentation up to date ( CLI, protocol) Onboarding validators through: User guides 1:1 calls and screen sharing Async troubleshooting Report bugs, issues and feature requests to the engineering team Work with business development to make sure validators move through the pipeline (onboarding, DeFi trials, new features)

Requirements

2-4 years experience working with Solana validators, DeFi, staking Comfortable using Git, GitHub and Supabase Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, validators, and leadership Comfortable jumping on calls, debugging issues and troubleshooting
