Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic analysis and provide advisory support to guide business decisions.
• Develop and support evaluation frameworks for assessing potential initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across departments to drive alignment and execution.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, delivering insights and reports to senior management.
• Work flexible hours as needed, adapting to varying schedules and deadlines as directed by the assigned supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic analysis, business advisory, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
• Prior experience in the fintech or blockchain industry is a plus.
