Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the Korean blockchain community, driving user engagement and sustained community growth.
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to the Korean market, creating and managing high-quality content aligned with local user behaviors and preferences.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Korean blockchain communities, developer communities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ecosystem partners.
- Plan and host AMAs and a wide range of online community activities to enhance brand awareness and expand market influence in Korea.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and community data to continuously optimize community operations and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or related community/operations roles.
- Candidates with experience in developing and executing community growth strategies from a B2B company perspective are preferred.
- Experience managing corporate LinkedIn accounts is a plus.
- Strong capabilities in content planning, creation, and editing, with the ability to independently produce high-quality localized content.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
- Native-level Korean proficiency and business-level English communication skills.
