职位描述

Project Planning and Execution
-Based on the customer needs, formulate detailed SW project roadmap plan, reasonably arrange SW project development, testing, and architecture etc., set up key delivery milestones, and ensure that the SW project is completed on time, with high quality, and cost-controlled.
-Evaluate the existing development process, identify waste and areas for improvement, promote process optimization, and improve efficiency and productivity.

Project Monitoring and Risk Management
-Regularly track the SW project progress, identify potential risks and obstacles, propose solutions and implement adjustments, and ensure that the SW project is carried out as planned and meets quality requirements.
-Based on the SW project budget, monitor the cost status during the SW project development process, promptly adjust the cost control strategy, and ensure that the SW project cost is controllable.

Customer Communication and Team Coordination
-Communicate with customers to ensure that their needs are fully understood, promptly handle customer feedback, improve customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment between customer requirement and SW deliverables.
-Coordinate the development, testing, architecture and others, maintain efficient communication, ensure smooth and transparent information flow, and promote team collaboration.

Team Development
-Develop team members through project practice, enhance their capabilities, and support their career growth.

职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering, Electronics, Vehicle Engineering, Control Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience in software development, testing, or architecture, with a strong understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies. 
3. Preferred industry: Automotive, with consideration also given to the consumer electronics sector.
4.Good communication and teamwork Ability.
5.On time/on quality/on cost deliverable responsibility mindset.
6.Customer oriented mindset.
7.Basic english language skill.
