This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll connect with customers face-to-face and help them get set up with their services on the spot.What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Present and sell services (internet, TV, or home solutions) with confidence through face to face customer interactions
- Help customers choose the best plan for their needs
- Perform basic self-install setups (equipment drop-off, walkthrough, activation support)
- Troubleshoot simple issues and ensure customers are fully connected
- Track daily sales, installs, and performance
- Spend the majority of working time conducting door-to-door sales activities in assigned neighborhoods and territories
- Prospect, engage, and meet with prospective customers in person to generate new business
- Maintain daily activity goals for doors knocked, customer presentations, and completed sales
- Experience in both sales and technical support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Paid training (no prior experience needed)
