Job Nature

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled rich media solutions, including video and graphic creation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, engineers, designers, and editorial teams to develop and launch innovative AI-powered features
• Translate market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements in AI into actionable product requirements and user stories
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
• Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation in AI-driven media creation
• Work closely with data scientists and AI teams to understand model capabilities and limitations, ensuring practical and scalable AI integration
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features to maximize value and adoption
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Characters / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in AI, video technology, digital media, or creative software solutions
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in video and graphic content creation (e.g., computer vision, generative AI, deep learning)
• Experience working with AI/ML teams and understanding of AI model development lifecycle
• Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or features
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple priorities
• Passion for emerging technologies and digital media innovation
