Amigo Mobility International, Inc. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Technician. Customer Service Technicians are responsible for providing timely, accurate and professional answers to customers.

Job Duties:
- Identify and resolve commercial warranty & non-warranty issues
- Locate service providers and arrange service for commercial stores
- Process service requests
- Complete all required data entry fields in NetSuite for each specific service dispatch
- Perform diagnostics and offer technical assistance for both commercial and healthcare customers
- Answer all emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Participate in customer service conferences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proven technical and diagnostic capabilities
- Basic computer skills
- Technical service
- Ability to master software packages
- Ability to multi-task in a pressured environment
- Ensure a highly organized office space and proactive email management
- Strong ability to follow through and successfully complete tasks
