ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up with clients as needed.
• Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Meet with clients to manage risk and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Make sales calls to active leads and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Sell insurance and other financial products while implementing innovative marketing strategies.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Personable, outgoing, and people-oriented.
• Strong organizational and marketing skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and confident.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for teamwork and competition.
• Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
• Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
