We’re looking for a logistics-fluent Account Executive who combines commercial acumen with operational credibility. You know how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build trust with senior logistics leaders, and close high-value deals — while expanding key accounts to maximize revenue and retention.

- You engage senior logistics decision-makers (COOs, Heads of Logistics, Operations Managers) and guide them through structured discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations
- You build trust and credibility by understanding logistics operations, cost structures, and challenges – and translate these into scalable, tech-enabled solutions
- You collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics Partners, Carriers, Tech, and Finance to drive successful deals and ensure seamless Go Lives
- You maintain and expand key strategic accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities while preventing churn
- You bring 2–5 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment industry in a Sales or Key Account Management Role
- You have a good understanding of logistics, fulfillment, or eCommerce operations and can engage with operational leaders eye-to-eye
- You ideally already have proven success in managing multi-month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers
- You are a structured orchestrator – managing multiple moving parts while keeping momentum and clarity
- You have a challenger mindset and can shift conversations from price to value and total cost of ownership
- You are resilient, self-motivated, and commercially sharp, with strong negotiation and closing skills
- You are native in German and fluent in English (spoken and written)
