Who are you?

You are a curious, ambitious and hands-on consultant with 4 to 10 years of experience from ERP, business applications or technology transformation.

You enjoy working where business processes, technology and people meet. You are motivated by helping clients solve complex problems, make better decisions and create real business value from their technology platforms.

You probably recognize yourself in the following:

• You have experience from ERP-related roles such as project manager, solution architect, application consultant, business consultant or similar
• You enjoy both strategic discussions and hands-on delivery
• You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, business users and technology teams
• You can translate complex business needs into clear recommendations and practical solutions
• You take ownership, but prefer winning as a team

What should you bring?

• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience from ERP, business applications, technology consulting or similar
• Experience from established software vendors such as IFS, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms
• Functional knowledge within one or several areas such as finance, projects, supply chain, logistics, maintenance, manufacturing or service management
• Experience from complex projects involving business processes, technology platforms and organizational change
• Fluency in Swedish and English

What will you do?

As a Senior ERP Advisory Consultant at Dyve, you will work closely with clients on important business application and technology transformation initiatives.

Your work may include shaping ERP strategies, leading pre-studies, supporting system selections, designing future business processes, leading implementation workstreams or helping clients get more value from existing platforms.

Beyond client work, you will also help build Dyve’s Tech Platform offering through recruitment, marketing, internal initiatives, knowledge development and mentoring of junior colleagues.

In short: you will work with clients, build our ERP offering and grow together with a team that wants to do great work without unnecessary hierarchy or prestige.
