We are looking for a Application Support to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Support the availability and stability of services in the European market by monitoring production and test environments.
- Assist in resolving operational alerts and incidents.
- Support the management of tickets for incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Participate in the execution of critical incident procedures and the preparation of post-incident reports.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operational procedures and knowledge articles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Basic knowledge of Mainframe (a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Motivated to develop a career in IT Support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7
