Senior Consultant - Nutanix (Arabic)

You will work in the Services organization to help clients design, deploy, and migrate complex applications. Professional Services Consulting function includes assessment, design, implementation, integration, and automation services.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading workshops and consulting engagements with customers
• You will conduct pre-packaged Nutanix consulting solutions in a timely and effective manner
• You will take ownership of business outcomes of virtualization & automation projects through requirements capture and technical governance
• You will craft detailed design documents and perform hands-on implementation work
• You will work with our project managers on efficient delivery of the projects
• You will provide technical input and review to our projects in a pre-sales stage
• You will advise and consult internal groups by providing accurate effort estimations
• You have thought leadership on relevant topics related to enterprise IT solutions, Cloud-based services and infrastructure
• You maintain current knowledge of the entire Nutanix product stack

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT, focusing on Infrastructure: Nutanix, VMware & similar Virtualization platforms and cloud solutions.
• Good technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including virtualization, compute, storage, networking, converged infrastructure, DR/HA and security.
• Hands-on experience with Nutanix AHV or other industry-leading virtualization products (e.g., vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, NSX, vSAN, SRM) within large-scale IT production data centers.
• Experience in professional consulting and IT infra operations support is preferred.
• Experience and comfort in troubleshooting and handling escalations
• Participate in planning and hands-on execution of:
• Deployment, installation, and configuration of Nutanix core products
• SW/FW Upgrades and patching
• DR planning, setting, restoration
• VM lifecycle Management (creation, deletion, cloning, snapshot etc.)
• V2V and P2V Migrations
• Capacity planning & reporting
• Participate in the planning and execution of DR drills
• Strong ability for documentation, presentation, business meeting organizing & facilitation with post-action management.
• Customer-centric approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills with proactiveness that leads to outstanding business relationships.
• Reading and Writing level English skills are mandatory.
• Industry certifications such as NCP, VCP, RHCE, CCNA are preferred.
