We are looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service and Partner Support Representatives to join our growing team. You will support end-users and business partners of a leading online food delivery and quick commerce platform, ensuring high-quality service and a seamless experience.

Your Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Assist with questions about orders, deliveries, and platform usage
- Ensure high-quality customer experiences by following internal procedures
- Participate in 10 days of paid training followed by on-the-job nesting in production
- Support restaurants and business partners via chat, email, and phone
- Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure smooth platform operations
- Maintain high-quality interactions and follow internal guidelines
- Participate in 15 days of paid training followed by on-the-job nesting in production
- Apply professional judgment and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service quality
- Be open to future cross-training opportunities between Customer Service and Partner Service
- Fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
- Very good English skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers and partners
- Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is a plus
- Willingness to take phone calls and handle sensitive inquiries
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
