We are a newly established cryptocurrency exchange looking for a Chief of Staff to operate as the CEO's extension across Freedx, owning execution on cross-functional priorities and providing analytical, operational, and strategic support.
Requirements
- 5+ years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) or investment banking, corporate strategy, or prior chief of staff experience
- MBA preferred from a top-tier programme
- Russian-speaking required; English fluency essential
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
- Track record of managing complex cross-functional programmes from concept to delivery
