Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce system settings, user profiles, and security permissions
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
- Design and implement workflow rules, process builder flows, and approval processes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards
- Manage user access, permissions, and system roles
- Perform data quality management, including data imports, cleanups, and deduplication
- Provide user support and training for Salesforce platform
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and implement business requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance
- Maintain system documentation and best practices
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Salesforce
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
- Proven proficiency in advanced project management techniques
- Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective project strategies
- Exceptional team collaboration capabilities
- Strong self-learning and adaptive mindset
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Flexibility and systemic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Knowledge of integration development
- Familiarity with SOQL
